Purpose/Mission: Our core purpose is evangelism to young people in Norwich and surrounding areas and equipping others for evangelism to young people.

Definition: We define evangelism as enabling an individual to become whole. This involves helping an individual achieve their full potential, become complete, know their worth and what they can achieve. It also involves giving them the tools that will help them make informed decisions about their ethical framework and their worldview. As Christians we believe that wholeness has a spiritual dimension and therefore involves spiritual belief. Evangelism as a result centrally includes communicating the message of Christianity in a relevant way and providing opportunities to respond to that message.

Values: How we accomplish our mission is as important as the mission itself. Fundamental to success in what we seek to do are these Core Values:

People: We believe individuals are made in the image of God. Therefore we will extend to every individual respect, dignity, equality and opportunity.

Excellence: We will excel in all we do, constantly aiming high and modelling professionalism.

Innovation: We will constantly look to find and apply new ways to achieve our core purpose.

Prayer: "Apart from me you can do nothing." Jn 15 v 5. As a result everything we do and seek to do needs to involve prayer.

Doctrine: We hold to the International YFC statement of faith and are committed to maintaining sound doctrine and theological thought and expression.

Partnership: We will work together with churches and other agencies to achieve our core purpose.
